Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the clinical, functional, and emotional needs of residents.
- Monitor and document any changes in residents' conditions accurately.
- Promote safety and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
