Registered Nurse – Care Facility
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This role involves providing resident-focused care within a 24-hour nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health.
- Develop and regularly update personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document all relevant information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Advocate for residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life through effective communication and education.
- Contribute to a culture that values respect, teamwork, and ongoing quality improvement.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
