About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Payroll Operations to lead and manage the end-to-end payroll processes for a global workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across diverse regions and remote work environments. This role requires strategic alignment of payroll processes with organizational goals, driving innovation in payroll systems, and providing leadership and mentorship to payroll staff. The Executive Director will also be tasked with analyzing payroll data, identifying trends, and supporting executive decision-making processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent educational background, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in payroll management, and 20 years' preferred. Executive-level expertise in payroll operations, proficiency in advanced payroll software for global operations, and a strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices are essential. The role demands exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities are also required to champion best practices in payroll management and maintain operational excellence.
