The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for specific Information Systems/Technology. This may include IT Hardware, IT Services, and IT Software in support of various enterprise projects. Reporting to the IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement departments objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business while processing business requests to issue supplier POs./ph3Requirements/h3ulliDeveloping and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories, using data analysis and internal collaboration./liliDeveloping strategies that consider One our objectives, especially for shared suppliers and/or shared services/commodities./liliDesigning, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposals, information, quote, etc., with cross-functional teams./liliSupporting our Legal and Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Contracts with the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, Services Agreements, and other contracts as necessary to support Procurement and business needs./liliBuild and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions./liliNegotiate pricing and achieve cost savings while mitigating financial and legal risks for the enterprise./liliEffectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests resulting in a contract or purchase order./liliResponsible for developing negotiation strategies based on analysis and execution of those strategies via supplier negotiations./liliProcess business requests to issue purchase orders to suppliers./liliSupport Technology Procurement and Sourcing activities./li/ulh3Qualifications/What You Bring/h3ulliBachelors degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field or equivalent experience./liliMinimum of 3 years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing./liliDemonstrated experience in procurement principles and practices or equivalent experience./liliDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables./liliDemonstrated proficiency with MS Excel./liliDemonstrated ability to create and implement procurement strategies./liliExceptional analytic, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking./liliStrong collaboration, communication (written and verbal), and influencing skills./liliExperience with Procure to Pay tools, including but not limited to Ariba./liliExperience with procurement of software and related technology services./liliContract drafting and negotiation experience with suppliers./li/ulpAdded bonus if you have:/pulliMasters or graduate degree in business, supply chain, or related field./liliAutomotive industry experience/li/ulpAbout Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
