Position Overview: Are you a proactive and service-oriented Property Manager with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences? Whitestone REIT is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple retail centers and bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels, ensuring long-term business retention and satisfaction. Business Plan Implementation: Coordinate and execute approved business plans, working with key stakeholders to organize and execute property events that drive success. Vendor Management: Lead vendor relationships for maintenance, client services, and building improvement projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution. Financial Management: Oversee the property P&L, collaborating with the accounting team on budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and processing vendor invoices. Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies and regulations while delivering outstanding service and results to clients. What You Bring: 3–5 years of experience in retail center property management Bachelor’s degree required Strong execution, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Excellent vendor management and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills Highly motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Yardi Why Whitestone REIT?
