Filipino Zendesk & Fin Support Expert

At **AgencyCRM**, we are seeking an experienced **Zendesk & Fin Support Specialist** to join our remote team. If you have a strong background in customer support, Zendesk administration, and AI-powered support tools, we'd love to hear from you. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing support workflows, and leveraging AI to improve the customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage and optimize customer support operations using Zendesk
* Configure, maintain, and improve Zendesk workflows, including tickets, automations, macros, triggers, and views
* Utilize Fin and AI-powered support tools to provide accurate and efficient customer assistance
* Monitor and improve AI-generated responses through knowledge base optimization and conversation reviews
* Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
* Organize, prioritize, and manage support tickets effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, solutions, and support processes
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications:**

* Proven hands-on experience using **Zendesk in a customer support or administration role**
* Strong knowledge of Zendesk features, workflows, automations, and ticket management
* Experience using **Fin or similar AI-powered customer support tools**
* Ability to configure, optimize, and improve AI-assisted support processes
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple support tickets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
