Mail Clerk in Law Office

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mail - Copy Clerk to join our team in St. Louis, MO! The Mail - Copy Clerk will provide excellent mail, copy and hospitality office services support for our on-site customers.

This is a direct hire, full time position with IST Management.

Regular business hours: M-F 8AM-5PM

Compensation

Hourly: $16.00 - $16.00hr with ANNUAL BONUS/RAISE

This position is located on-site in St. Louis, MO. The interview process for this position will consist of a combination of phone, web video, and in person conversations.

• Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Process all incoming mail & send out FedEx - UPS packages
• Ordering - manage office supplies
• Drive company vehicle & drop off mail - packages
• Back-up at reception when needed
• Make copies on office copier
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers within the office
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and reliable
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
