Pre-Suit Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney for its expanding office in Saint Louis, MO. The role involves managing pre-litigation processes and guiding clients through their cases, focusing primarily on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking cases. Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre-litigation documents Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages Manage release approval process Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers Drive compliance and KPIs among team Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the MO State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Education Law degree from an accredited institution Certifications Active MO State Bar membership Skills Client service and communication Leadership and team management Writing and oral advocacy Pre-litigation case management Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
