Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its growing practice in Saint Louis, Missouri. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, in Missouri and Illinois. Duties Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (MO required, IL a plus). Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or general liability experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
