Attorney At Law (Remote)

Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join their well-established law firm in Columbus, GA. Monitor legal risk in documentation and provide guidance on acceptable assumptions of risk.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
Conduct legal research and gather supporting evidence.
Ensure appropriate approvals are secured before executing legal documents.
Explain legal matters and provide sound legal advice.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds.
Handle regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Deliver innovative legal solutions to complex client challenges.
Manage and supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
Minimum of 2 years of experience litigating and trying personal injury cases, including jury trials.
Graduate of an accredited law school.
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia.
Willingness to relocate to Georgia, though remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
