Labovitz Law Firm is a Personal Injury Law Firm dedicated to helping accident victims regain their lives. The firm is committed to ensuring their clients receive the compensation they deserve through persistent and dedicated legal representation. Located in St Louis, MO, the lawyers at Labovitz Law Firm go above and beyond to advocate for their clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in St Louis, MO. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and handling their own case load of personal injury cases. An Associate Attorney will be required to handle a personal injury case from start to finish on their own. This will include client intake, negotiating on behalf of clients to settle their claims, and representing the clients after a lawsuit is filed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Injury Law
- Proficient in providing Legal Advice and Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of Missouri
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus
