If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.**Location:** Columbus, OH**Overview:** This position will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end client billing operations, including generating and distributing statements, processing account debits and rebates, maintaining accurate billing data, and updating client information in coordination with internal teams.## **Responsibilities*** Generate billing statements according to relevant client billing schedule* Distribute billing statement to client* Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts* Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients* Work with Data & Reporting team to maintain and clean billing-related data in Portfolio Management system* Update client billing information when necessary* Calculating and verification of new clients invoices* Managing client account receivables## **Qualifications & Requirements*** Bachelor’s or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience* Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)* Portfolio Accounting Software experience preferred* Experience with custodian interaction preferred## Competencies* Detail orientation* Accuracy* Timeline orientation* Organization* End-user focus## *This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned.
