Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Managing Consultant specializing in CFO Services, Supply Chain Finance, and Finance Transformation. The ideal candidate will lead consulting engagements focused on improving working capital, cash flow, supply chain financial performance, and executive decision-making.

This role requires a strong combination of finance and supply chain expertise, consulting delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities. The successful candidate will translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, technology-enabled transformation roadmaps, and measurable financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Working Capital & Financial Performance
2. Conduct working capital assessments covering Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), inventory turns, and cash conversion cycle.
3. Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow, reduce working capital requirements, improve payment terms, and minimize financial leakage.
4. Develop improvement strategies across order-to-cash, source-to-pay, inventory management, demand planning, and commercial operations.
5. Establish financial KPIs, performance dashboards, cost-to-serve models, profitability analysis, and value-tracking frameworks.

1. Consulting & Transformation Delivery
2. Lead consulting engagements and major workstreams, managing project plans, teams, budgets, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder discussions, business diagnostics, and solution-design sessions.
4. Develop transformation strategies, operating models, process redesigns, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
5. Integrate financial planning with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
6. Ensure effective governance, change management, controls, and benefits realization throughout transformation initiatives.

1. Technology-Enabled Transformation
2. Drive technology-enabled improvements across finance, procurement, supply chain planning, inventory, and order management.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
4. Leverage analytics, process mining, automation, and AI/ML to improve forecasting, collections, payables, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
5. Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

1. Business Development & Client Engagement
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for consulting engagements and account growth.
3. Support business development activities, proposal preparation, RFP responses, solution design, effort estimation, and commercial discussions.
4. Contribute to presales presentations, client workshops, and opportunity shaping.
5. Support the development of new engagements and project extensions in collaboration with senior leadership.

1. Practice Development & Team Leadership
2. Mentor and coach consultants, support talent development, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
3. Develop reusable consulting methodologies, frameworks, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
4. Collaborate across finance, supply chain, technology, and transformation practices.
5. Contribute to practice growth, delivery excellence, utilization, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• C1 Level: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated subject-matter expertise.
• C2 Level: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with broader functional expertise and engagement leadership experience.
• Experience in CFO advisory, finance transformation, supply chain finance, working capital optimization, order-to-cash, source-to-pay, inventory management, or financial performance management.
• Strong understanding of DSO, DPO, DIO, inventory turns, cash conversion cycle, cost-to-serve, profitability, and financial value realization.
• Proven experience leading business diagnostics, stakeholder workshops, process redesign, operating-model transformation, and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience managing consulting workstreams, project teams, delivery governance, risks, budgets, and client expectations.
• Strong executive communication, analytical problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in proposal development, presales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical recommendations supported by data and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Technology & Platform Experience

Experience advising on or delivering transformation initiatives involving one or more of the following:

• SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Treasury management, accounts payable/receivable automation, order-to-cash, source-to-pay, and enterprise performance management solutions.
• Power BI, Tableau, data analytics platforms, and management reporting tools.
• Process mining, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Supply chain planning and execution platforms supporting inventory, service-level, and cash optimization.
