We are looking for a HR / Employee Contracts Manager to oversee employment contracts, onboarding processes, and compliance in San Francisco, CA. Job Description The HR / Employee Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing employee contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting HR operations . The ideal candidate has experience in HR management, contract administration, and employment law. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance. Provide guidance to management on HR policies and employment matters. Required Qualifications Proven experience in HR, contract administration, or employee relations. Strong knowledge of US labor laws and employment regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. On-site availability in San Francisco, CA. Preferred Qualifications HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus. Experience with HR software and systems (Workday, BambooHR, SAP). Familiarity with technology sector employment practices. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
