WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients’ homes, including:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Companionship and emotional support
- Caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH FOR A SPANISH SPEAKING CLIENT
- 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
- A positive attitude and genuine heart for service
- Strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, consistent
- Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
- Able to pass:
- Comprehensive background check
- Drug screening
