About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified NICU RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30301!

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: 2220 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30329

Schedule: Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week

Shift Details:

• Weekend Block Schedule: Saturday & Sunday + 1 weekday shift
• Must work at least one holiday if it falls during the contract
• May be required to float to other units

Requirements:

• Experience in a Level IV/Surgical NICU required
• PALS certification (Required)
• NRP certification (Preferred)

Common Patient Diagnoses:

• Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH)
• Meconium Aspiration Syndrome (MAS)
• Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC)
• Tracheoesophageal Fistula/Esophageal Atresia (TEF/EA)
• Abdominal Wall Defects
• Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD)
• Pulmonary Hypertension
• Pre-operative, Peri-operative, and Post-operative neonatal patients

• Nicotine-free facility
• Drug screening includes nicotine testing (no exceptions)
• Flu vaccination is required during flu season; no medical or religious exemptions accepted .
