Pediatric Emergency Medicine in Seattle

Positions Due to upcoming retirements, we have two academic physician positions available in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Division of Emergency Medicine, in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital. The positions are full‑time, with anticipated/flexible start dates in 2027. The successful candidate will be a full‑time faculty member at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level without tenure by reason of funding (WOT) on either the Clinician‑Scholar or the Clinical Practice track, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine (or foreign equivalent). Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington. For foreign graduates, successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) or the equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
