Project Coordinator

The Role The Community Relations Coordinator drives impact by employing the systems, tools and processes that are foundational to the collective success of the team. The Coordinator partners help to deliver programs aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring consistency and efficiency through strong coordination and partnership. This role provides support to the Strategy & Planning function and critical contributions to regional engagement across the portfolio as needed. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of professional experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, nonprofit/philanthropy, or related field. Proven understanding of the corporate impact field (community relations, corporate citizenship, corporate social responsibility, social impact, etc.) Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn; with the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; ability to navigate a large, sophisticated organization Excellent organizational, project management and interpersonal abilities with a track record of successful data measurement and reporting. Ability to use automation platforms to simplify processes, increase accuracy and improve efficiency. Expertise in MS Office and experience working with databases, social media platforms and maintaining content management sites. Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com) would be effective. Experience supporting under-served communities via volunteerism, through professional or personal experience. Strong writing and speaking skills for a variety of audiences, from entry-level employees to executives. You will collaborate with a team across the country to assist the national program strategy. You will partner with the local Community Relations team and across our regional footprint to help implement programming that advances business goals and builds lasting community impact. The Team The team is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading Fidelity’s community engagement and employee-volunteerism efforts. You will work with peer community relations professionals across the firm to support the execution and measurement of high-value programs that inspire change in our communities.
