Human Resources Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to support our Idaho division. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, manage data entry and customer records, and assist with administrative and HR support tasks. What you’ll be doing: Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone and email Review applications and conduct phone interviews Assist with new hire orientation Maintain and update customer accounts and records Support in person interviews when translation is needed Support HR with new hire benefits when translation needed Translation for employee questions, concerns, disciplinary actions What we need: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus) 2+ years of HR support or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Data Entry and Filing Experience Accurate typing and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish) Pay: $17.50/hour with pay increases at 3 and 6 months Great Benefits include: Paid Time Off – Personal and Vacation Paid Weekly, every Friday Opportunities for career growth and development Positive and collaborative work environment Schedule: 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Potential Overtime Onsite position in Caldwell ID.
