Part Time Recruiter [Remote]

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part Time Recruiter with a leading pharmaceutical advertising company known for being creative, sharp strategic planning and has been recognized as one of the most creative agencies for 10 years running.

This is a part-time recruiting opportunity (20–30 hours with potential for more based on volume) designed to take work off the HR team’s plate. You will own full-cycle recruiting across various departments and partner closely with hiring stakeholders. The role is currently set up as an off-site engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across creative and marketing roles.
• Source active and passive talent, screen, and interview candidates
• Partner with leaders across the organization for intake calls
• Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
• Build and maintain a passive talent pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for creative and marketing roles
• Ideally has Ad Agency or Pharma Experience
• Experience sourcing talent in LinkedIn Recruiter using Greenhouse for an ATS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work proactively with candidates and stakeholders.
