Responsibilities

Quote Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, Motorcycle, Boat and Life Insurance

Cross-sell existing customers

Follow up with warm leads and quote requests

Assist customers calling our office with insurance questions

Review current policies and recommend better protection

Help customers make policy changes

Process endorsements and policy updates

Answer billing and coverage questions

Build long-term customer relationships

Ask for referrals from happy customers

Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

Requirements

Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain

Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships

Motivated to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and confidently ask for the sale

Positive, coachable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day
