Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Radler Insurance Group – Allstate Agency
Grand Rapids, MI

$70,000–$90,000+ Potential
Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Radler Insurance Group is looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals to join our growing Allstate agency.

We are a top-performing agency with the leads, systems, training, and support in place to help the right person succeed from day one. If you are driven, coachable, and ready to build a high-income career in insurance sales, this could be a great opportunity.

No weekend work.

What You’ll Do

• Sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Landlord, and other personal insurance products
• Work inbound leads, internet leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities
• Make outbound calls and follow up consistently to close business
• Conduct coverage reviews to uncover customer needs and coverage gaps
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to help customers maximize value
• Hit daily call, quote, follow-up, and sales goals
• Build long-term relationships with customers throughout Michigan

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain quickly
• Sales experience preferred, including insurance, phone sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• Coachable, positive, and motivated to win
