Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) located in New Britain, Connecticut. This position involves working in a respiratory-focused environment, supporting respiratory care units, and floating across multiple units as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Night shifts, 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 0 years of experience required, experience with respiratory/vented patients strongly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with respiratory/vented patients is strongly preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  The RN will work in specialized units including Respiratory Care Units, Respiratory Step-Down Units, MRU/CMU, TRU, and a satellite campus. Responsibilities include IV starts, drips, blood administration, EKGs, medication titrations, glucose monitoring, wound vac changes, wound dressings, trach care, suctioning, straight catheterization, Foley care, port access, central line dressing, and wound measurements. Candidates should document relevant experience clearly; profiles must be clean and easy to follow.
• Candidates must have a valid nursing license and bring it on their first day.
• Location in New Britain, Connecticut.
