Travel RN - Cath Lab/EP

Cath Lab Rn PositionAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a CA RN license and previous Cath Lab experience with call coverage responsibilities. Work in the Cath Lab unit of a hospital environment for a 13-week contract assignment during day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekday and weekend call coverage required, generally 6-7 shifts within a 4-week period.Requirements include an active CA RN license currently in hand, current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by AHA or ARC, previous Cath Lab experience, minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration, and valid Nursys license verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks required for consideration.Additional information includes residing within a 50-mile radius to be eligible for the local rate, local candidates are accepted at the local rate, returning staff or travelers must have a separation period of at least 1 year before returning, maximum of 7 days RTO permitted per contract, only 1 holiday may be requested off per contract, observed holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, holiday periods begin at 7:00 PM the night before and end at 7:00 AM the day after the holiday, must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing, 7-year work history verification required for all candidates, any background or licensure hits must be disclosed and approved by facility HR prior to proceeding.
