Pediatrics Northwest, P.S. is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our practice in Tacoma, WA. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance within a compassionate pediatric care environment. On-site in Tacoma with an option to work remotely 1 day per week, this position also coordinates annual Open Enrollment, administers benefits, and serves as a payroll backup.
