Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per year Job Details Sr Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager (Hybrid) We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience in the HVAC Systems Design. Successful candidate will possess experience in Commercial, Institutional, and Mission Critical Facilities, national codes, standards, and regulations. EIT certification required; PE license is a plus (or actively pursuing licensure) Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or higher) 4-8+ years of experience in the MEP industry Revit & AutoCAD Software proficiency Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines Contribute to the mechanical design process for new construction and renovation projects. Assist with conceptual designs, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, and energy modeling Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure code compliance, coordination, and constructability Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits Help track project quality, schedule, and budget requirements Engage with clients to understand design needs and contribute to solution development Continue building technical and project management skills while working closely with senior engineers A bit about us: Top Ranked Engineering Consulting Firm with a collaborative, mission-driven engineering team dedicated to delivering high-quality MEP design solutions for complex projects.
