Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical expertise, leadership, feedback, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will ensure that:

• Client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• Your clinical team benefits from professional development and achieves success in their roles, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor and support Program Managers and Interventionists to enhance their effectiveness.

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly, 110 hours monthly).
• Oversee your Program Manager team to ensure they achieve at least 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
• Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to uphold treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to create and assess individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Provide supervision and documentation in compliance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
• Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members, including Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers.
• Deliver training as needed to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and other interdisciplinary team meetings when applicable, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and necessary modifications/adaptations.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, implementing training as needed, and offering regular follow-up support as authorized.

• Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices.
• Self-motivated: Capable of consistently scheduling and attending client appointments and clinical meetings punctually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Clear language with accurate grammar and spelling.
• Effective time management: Ability to balance billable and non-billable hours, as well as direct and indirect supervision hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering connections between the clinical team and client families.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service: Committed to organizational practices and serving client families and colleagues, regardless of their roles.
• Capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred.
