Location & Hours In person; location: Norcross, GA – Full time. Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with business owners and become a trusted advisor for their insurance needs. Manage commercial accounts from quoting and binding to renewals and ongoing service. Help clients understand their coverage and make confident decisions about protecting their businesses. Gather accurate business and risk information for underwriting. Market accounts with carriers and communicate effectively with underwriters. Handle endorsements, certificates, audits, billing, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with the team to maintain strong client retention and long‑term relationships. Support the growth of the Commercial Lines department through networking, referrals, partnerships, and community presence. Mentor and support team development as the department continues to expand. Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Active Property & Casualty License preferred. Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience with strong commercial lines knowledge. Comfortable with sales, client relationships, and agency systems. Strong organizational and communication skills.
