Senior EHS Specialist

A leading building products manufacturer is looking to add an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to support operations across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role will be based in the Dallas, TX area and offers an opportunity to drive safety excellence, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing organization. This person will be tasked with partnering closely with site leadership, engineering, and operations teams to reduce risk, strengthen safety culture, and support regulatory compliance. The Role Partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while supporting company-wide EHS objectives. Analyze safety performance metrics, conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance. Lead and manage EHS projects, safety initiatives, ergonomic programs, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations. Deliver and coordinate safety training programs, including topics such as incident investigations, lockout/tagout, powered industrial equipment, and workplace safety best practices. Support environmental compliance efforts, including waste management programs, regulatory requirements, and site-specific environmental initiatives. The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in an environmental, health, and safety role within manufacturing, industrial, or related environments. Strong understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, and workplace safety management systems. Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional safety certifications are preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
