Bring Ideas to Life Through Marketing
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives and help strengthen brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with research, communication, and project coordination in a collaborative office environment.
You’ll work across a range of marketing activities, helping deliver campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure promotional projects stay organised and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for print, digital, and in-person use.
- Assist with social media content, brand messaging, and promotional communications.
- Research market trends, audience interests, and competitor activity.
- Help maintain consistent branding across marketing materials and channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, project updates, and internal communications.
- Monitor campaign activity and organise information to support performance reviews.
- Work with team members across departments to keep marketing projects moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing and brand development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, communications, or a related role is preferred.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, NY. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
