Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Entre Computer Services, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP). As a Marketing Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our organization, focusing on promoting our IT solutions and services to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Campaign Support: Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our managed IT services and solutions. Content Creation: Help create engaging content for our website, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, creating regular posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Lead Generation: Assist in generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and outreach efforts, including managing follow-up strategies. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help guide the direction of marketing strategies and initiatives. Event Coordination: Support in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our offerings and engage with potential clients. Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools such as social media insights, and CRM platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales objectives and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or MSP industry (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and email marketing tools (e.g., GlassHive, Mailchimp, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or IT services sector. Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Connectwise Graphic design skills for creating visual content for marketing campaigns. Why Join Us?
