Maintenance Technician

Maintain and repair automated equipment in a distribution facility, including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete preventive maintenance, and help keep equipment running efficiently.

Shifts Available

THREE 12-hour shifts + ONE 6 hour shift

$32.50hr

4 month contract to hire

Day Shift

Assigned shift stays consistent once selected

Must be open to weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
• Use CMMS software to track work orders and maintenance activities
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance planning and equipment improvements
• Work with operations teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Train and support junior maintenance technicians as needed
• Lift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of experience working on conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Conveyor maintenance experience
• Knowledge of automated equipment and control systems
• Experience training or mentoring other technicians
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automated facility

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
