The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing supply chain transparency, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable reports to support strategic decision-making. This role will play a critical part in optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.What You'll DoConduct data analytics to track and monitor supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savingsGenerate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into supply chain efficiency, effectiveness, and risk areasCollaborate with various supply chain functions to collect data and validate KPIs for accuracy and relevanceAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the supply chain operationsReport on program performance, highlighting successes and identifying potential issues that require attentionWork closely with the supply chain team to understand data requirements and ensure that the reporting aligns with operational goals and objectivesPresent findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerFacilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate supply chain informationSupport the implementation of new KPIs and performance metrics as neededAssist in the documentation and standardization of analytical procedures and reporting protocolsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or a related field with a strong focus on reporting and data analysisPreferred QualificationsProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasetsKnowledge of supply chain processes and how they relate to KPIs and performance metricsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner to various audiencesExperience with database management and data analysis software, such as SQL, Excel, or other analytical toolsAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data reporting and analysisAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems and their reporting capabilities is preferredUS Salary Range$112,000 - $149,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
