Family Office Accountant

Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a Family Office Accountant to join their Woodbury, NY office. Responsibilities Administer all accounts payable activities, including online bill payments, vendor reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring using QuickBooks Online Coordinate the financial and administrative processes for acquiring and disposing of major assets such as private equity investments, real estate, fine art, and luxury vehicles Execute end-to-end household payroll processing in compliance with applicable regulations Generate monthly financial reports summarizing expenses, cash flow, investment activity, and lifestyle spending Develop forward-looking cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making Organize and safeguard financial records, statements, and correspondence with strict confidentiality and accessibility Update and maintain comprehensive personal financial statements and net worth schedules Liaise with external advisors and service providers, including attorneys, financial advisors, and insurance professionals, to coordinate financial matters Requirements 5+ years of family office accounting experience Public, private, or combo experience Detail-oriented and highly analytical Excellent communication skills Experience with QuickBooks and Bill Pay is a plus Job ID # 47594 #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Group, LLC
