Outlet Facilties Associate - Castle Rock Outlet

Summary The Outlet Facilities Associate is responsible for executing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the Outlet operates safely and to standard. This role supports upkeep of the building interior and exterior, grounds, systems, and storage areas while minimizing operational disruptions through preventive and reactive maintenance. The associate works closely with the Outlet team to prioritize and coordinate facility activities in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations Ensure upkeep and functionality of building interior and exterior, grounds, systems, and storage structures Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders Prioritize and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards Requirements Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair activities and identify process improvements Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Capability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
