Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have. Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Receiving and stocking merchandise in an organized manner. Maintaining inventory so that there are no out-of-stock or over-stock products. Key Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and help educate coworkers. Prep produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) in accordance with quality standards. Ensure product safety and follow sanitation guidelines and company policies. Leverage digital tools for sales, training, and product quality decisions. Utilize inventory management techniques to stock, rotate, and control waste. Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean area, and support peers. Comply with company policies and ethics and implement action plans. Compensation & Benefits At Sam’s Club, we offer competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $29.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and additional hourly range premiums.
