Welcome Call Specialist

Welcoming new customers with warmth and professionalism, the part-time Welcome Call Specialist will conduct outbound calls to thank customers for their business, verify account details, and guide them through the onboarding process in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Proactively call customers to welcome them and confirm pertinent account information Clearly explain the customer portal, payment schedules, and the claims process Document call details accurately and transfer escalated calls as needed Required qualifications Strong verbal communication skills with an engaging phone presence Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in information handling Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently Customer service or call center experience preferred Comfortable navigating systems and guiding customers through online tools
