Production Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, youll help produce quality plastic components and support a clean, modern facility with a stable team. Sign-On Bonuses Available!
1st Shift: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,000 paid after successful completion of the trial-for-hire period (upon full-time conversion)
- $2,000 paid after 90 days of full-time employment
2nd Shift: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $2,000 paid after successful completion of the trial-for-hire period (upon full-time conversion)
- $3,000 paid after 90 days of full-time employment
What Youll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products
- Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers
- Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming
- Trim and assemble components into finished products
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas
- Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods
What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:
- Must have at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience using basic hand tools
- Must be Able to read and follow written and verbal directions in English
- Must be willing to work in warm environments and confined spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
