Executive Assistant - Private Funds Group

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our senior bankers in PFG Global Banking business, based in New York. You should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and enjoys working in a high-performance environment with a desire to proactively contribute to the business objectives. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to:

• manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and client meetings
• assist with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings and with offshore colleagues
• provide administrative and organizational support including invoice & expense administration
• assist with staff engagement initiatives and ad-hoc admin duties

Your team You'll be working in the Americas Global Banking business in New York and play a key part in representing the business when dealing with internal and external parties. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be intuitive to the needs of clients and the team and provide seamless support across a variety of situations. Your expertise

• ideally you would have over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in global banks, relevant admin support experience in investment banking is preferred
• proficient in Microsoft Office and (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• resilient with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines
• keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• adaptable, can-do attitude
• able to work flexible hours, when needed
• proactive and positive mindset

Salary information The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: • United States - New York - New York USD 95000 /annum The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
