Civil Litigation Attorney

Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced civil litigation associate. The opportunity is with an established midsized firm that represents more than 95 cities, counties, authorities, and state agencies across the state in a variety of civil litigation, transactional, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. The Practice: The incoming attorney's caseload will include real estate, business, premises liability, construction, and other general civil litigation matters. The work mirrors what you'd find in a corporate litigation department at a major firm. Attorney and staff retention is high, with an average tenure of 5 years. The partners invest heavily in attorney development and have a strong track record of promoting from within the organization.
