Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Alpharetta, Georgia. Independently manage cases from intake to resolution. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, setting expectations and providing reassurance. Prepare thoroughly for mediations and trials through meticulous research and planning. Draft precise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Advocate confidently for clients in court, leading hearings, mediations, and trials effectively. Requirements Licensed attorney in Georgia with at least five years of family law experience. Proven skills in litigation, negotiation, and strategic case management. Experience with bench trials, jury trials, motions hearings, and handling TPOs, legitimations, modifications, contempts, contested adoptions, and divorces. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities comfortably. Proficiency in Clio or similar legal case management software. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
