What You'll Do As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor ), you will guide our team to keep our Beaufort client site spotless. Your core responsibilities include:
- Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members.
- Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven leadership experience as a Janitorial Supervisor , Cleaning Lead , or lead custodian.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Dependable attendance and a sharp eye for detail.
