Project Manager/Business Analyst

Haalufa USA is seeking a Project Manager oversees a variety of Business Technology Projects for our clients. Projects range from the design and development of marketing websites, to customization and launch of eCommerce systems, IT Support, to custom design and development of business applications. Under general supervision, oversee various system projects. Responsible for assembling the project team (usually 2-3 person teams), assigning individual responsibilities, and developing and managing the schedule to ensure an on-time, under-budget completion of project. Must be able to translate business requirements and project objectives into an actionable project plan, define the role and function of each team member, coordinate activities across the teams (designers and developers), monitor project progress toward objectives and plan, and actively participate in some part of the project. A thorough understanding of one or more of the following is required: software development life cycle, Software implementations, or website/eCommerce design and development, quality assurance and testing processes / identifying use cases. The PM/BA will communicate with the BRS Project Director and client Project Manager regarding status of projects relative to timeline and budget. The PM/BA must be able to develop and manage a living project plan, identify changes in scope, and communicate impact on timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Client as an Account Manager to define and manage the project and the ongoing client relationship Gather business requirements Formalize resource needs from client Create a project plan Develop a relationship with clients and assist in future business development Conduct weekly status meetings Develop a test plan and conduct formal QA before passing site/system to the Client for project acceptance. Your Experience Client interaction in a consulting environment Systems Development / eCommerce development System requirements definition Project Estimating Detailed system design Graphical design / UI / UX Structuring test plans and executing formal QA testing Interaction with developers or ability to write/review .NET code Management of Client & Brave River resources (technical and non-technical tasks) Internet Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media) The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, and flexible time off.
