We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our comprehensive cancer center, providing vital radiation oncology services to adult patients. What You'll Do:

• Provide expert radiation oncology treatments and consultations in a hospital-based outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including oncology-certified nurses, radiation therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in tumor boards, chart rounds, and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning.
• Support a busy schedule, averaging 14 treatment patients daily, with opportunities to engage in patient follow-ups and consultations.
• Work Monday through Friday, day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), with no call responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
• Valid PA medical license or IMLC licensing qualification.
• DEA certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical radiation oncology experience.
• Strong understanding of radiation treatment planning and delivery.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
• Prior involvement in tumor boards or multidisciplinary cancer care teams.
• Familiarity with lung SBRT procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Radiation Oncology.
• Post-residency experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain or hold necessary medical licenses and certifications in Pennsylvania or eligible via IMLC.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold high standards of patient care.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

This is a full-time, contract position starting on July 15, 2026, offering excellent compensation at $331.84 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
