• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Work Week: 4-5 days per week
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,640-$4,310
• Patient Population: Adults
• Patient Volume: Approximately 12-15 patients per day
• Call: No call coverage
• Documentation System: Epic

• At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Board Certification required
• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license required
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation required
• Experience in hospital-based, inpatient, or acute care settings preferred
• Ability to support multi-site coverage in a collaborative healthcare team environment

• Provide vascular surgery support for inpatient and ER consults
• Evaluate, manage, and follow adult patients in a hospital-based setting
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Support coverage needs across multiple hospital locations as scheduled
• Maintain clear communication with the care team regarding patient updates, treatment plans, and discharge coordination
