About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives, trade shows, and operational processes across multiple Morris & Dickson brands. This role plays a key part in keeping marketing initiatives organized, events running smoothly, and projects moving forward on schedule.

Working closely with the marketing team, manufacturers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate event logistics, manage marketing assets and promotional inventory, support manufacturer marketing programs, and help maintain the tools and processes that keep the team operating efficiently. What You'll Do
• Digital Asset Management : Organize and oversee the Marketing Resource Center, ensuring digital assets, master calendars, and resource links remain current and accessible.
• Event Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including registrations, booth setup, promotional materials, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Partner with venues, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful event delivery.
• Promotional Inventory Management: Maintain promotional inventory and marketing collateral to support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Manufacturer Marketing Program Support: Coordinate manufacturer marketing activities, including digital advertising, email campaigns, product announcements, and performance tracking.
• Marketing Project Tracking: Manage marketing tasks, timelines, and project workflows through the M&D Marketing Hub to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare recurring marketing reports and dashboards, track event performance metrics, and support post-event reporting and lead follow-up activities.
• Internal Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for incoming marketing requests and coordinate priorities across the marketing team.
• Process Optimization: Update templates, improve documentation, and support initiatives that enhance marketing operations and team efficiency.
• Ad hoc project support as needed.

• Marketing projects and events are executed accurately, on time, and with a high level of attention to detail.
• Trade show logistics, promotional materials, and vendor coordination are managed proactively with minimal oversight.
• Marketing assets, project documentation, and promotional inventory remain organized, current, and readily accessible.
• Stakeholders receive timely communication and responsive support throughout the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Marketing operations continue to improve through stronger processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with Canva, Monday.com, Salesforce, Constant Contact, or similar marketing, CRM, email marketing, and project management platforms preferred.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, corporate events, or marketing campaigns preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while building effective relationships across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support trade shows and marketing events.
