Job Description

We’re looking for a creative marketer to act as our designer, content creator, and digital pro. You’d build the content and campaigns behind our email, social, and digital outreach across a portfolio of home, auto, and commercial brands. If you love lighting and know how to tell a story through digital channels, we’d like to meet you.

The Role

You’ll create and manage digital content across email, social media, and other channels to reach our customers, the community, and enthusiasts. The work grows brand awareness, engagement, and leads, and ties back to our wider marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do

Email Marketing

Plan, build, and run email campaigns that boost engagement, nurture leads, and back product launches.
Build and manage customer journeys.
Track and report on campaign metrics, then act on what the numbers show.

Social Media

Create content (text, video, images) for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, with a focus on organic growth.
Join online conversations with customers, reply quickly, and build a real community around our brands.
Keep a steady schedule of 2 to 3 posts per week, per platform.
Watch for customer posts that feature our products, reshare them, and build relationships with active followers (some of those turn into collaborations).
Use storytelling, mood boards, and graphic design to produce high-quality posts.

General Digital Marketing

Manage website and digital advertising projects.
Watch traffic, growth, and engagement across all digital accounts, and push the numbers up.

What You Need

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong graphic design skills for digital media (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
Deep knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar also count).
Experience building customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
Experience designing for digital media (email templates, websites, digital ads, social graphics).
Working knowledge of multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
A knack for turning an idea into finished content (text, image, and video).
Ability to follow visual branding guidelines and hold the voice of multiple brands.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with consistent, high-quality output.
B2B digital marketing experience.
A strong content portfolio (text, image, and video).

Additional Information

Part-time position based in our Bossier City, LA office.
Post training period company benefits include paid time off, Paid holidays, monthly bonuses based on gross sales.
During the interview process you will be asked for a portfolio of your work
No relocation is offered for this position.
All new employees are required to pass a post offer drug screen and background check

Job Type: Part-time (35 to 40 hours per week) hours are flexible.
