Asset Manager Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, founder-led self-storage platform that is scaling quickly and thinking well beyond traditional self-storage. We are looking for an Asset Manager who goes beyond the numbers. Someone who understands the P&L but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and driving results across:

Asset performance and financial analysis
CapEx planning and deferred maintenance
Vendor management and accountability
Marketing and operational initiatives
Identifying opportunities and making sure things actually get done

The details:

Salary: $100,000 + Equity participation opportunity
Fully on site: Atlanta, GA
