Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C)

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C) provides clinical assessment, counseling, case coordination, and psychosocial support to individuals, families, and/or groups in a variety of settings. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, ethical, and client-centered social work services, with a focus on improving emotional, behavioral, and social well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments, providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and counseling services, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, providing crisis intervention and support, coordinating care with various service providers, advocating for clients, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, assessing risk factors, educating clients and families, maintaining professional boundaries, and participating in supervision, consultation, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a master's degree in social work, current LCSW-C licensure, knowledge of clinical assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse populations, proficiency in electronic health records, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Required credentials include a master's degree in social work and an LCSW-C license. Preferred qualifications include experience in various settings, experience with trauma-informed care or specific populations, bilingual skills, and additional certifications relevant to clinical practice.

This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours depending on client and program needs. The role involves direct client interaction, documentation, collaboration with team members, and may include travel to off-site locations or community settings.

Salary range: minimum 34.62/hour - maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
