CDR ProSource is hiring a Maintenance Purchasing / Planner-Scheduler in Kalamazoo, MI.

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Position Summary

This position supports the Maintenance Department by coordinating maintenance schedules, purchasing and managing parts, and ensuring materials and resources are available to keep plant equipment operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Purchase maintenance parts and manage parts inventory.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, and materials for maintenance work.
• Work with Production to schedule maintenance while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain work orders, equipment records, and maintenance history in the CMMS.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for parts and services.
• Assist with tracking maintenance KPIs.
• Follow plant safety and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Maintenance planning/scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as FIIX, SAP, Maximo, or eMaint.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
